How this calculator works

XP per fish comes from the RuneScape: Dragonwilds wiki, and levels use the current curve: level 99 needs 1,000,000 XP in total.
Boosts multiply together: the ring, Knowledgable Nourishment and a +30% potion give ×1.5015.
Fishing Frenzy gives an extra fish of the same type on each successful catch, so the same XP takes half the catches and half the bait. Junk catches give no XP and aren't counted.
Rod fishing can give a little extra XP for reeling (the wiki mentions two lots of 3 XP). It isn't included, so rod totals are slightly cautious.
We assume one bait per rod catch. A net catch brings up 1–3 fish (1.5 on average), and net spots hold 10–15 catches (fish or junk) and respawn after 3 in-game days.
